“Jorge provides health care and dental insurance through a traditional PPO plan and a High Deductible PPO Health Plan. The PPO lets you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments and no forms to submit. The High Deductible Health Plan requires a lower premium contribution from the employee, but features higher out-of-pocket deductible costs. Jorge also administers a flexible spending account that pays for uninsured health expenses with pre-tax dollars.”
